What does one night cost?
35.00 € net for the first person in the room and 30.00 € net for each further person in the same room, plus 7 % VAT.
Is there a cleaning fee at the end?
No. No final cleaning charge, no commission, and bed linen is included.
How many nights do I have to book?
At least 3. There is no upper limit – many guests stay for weeks or months.
I will arrive late at night. Can I still get in?
Yes. There is a key box at the entrance and you receive the code before you travel.
Can I park a van at the house?
Yes, there are parking spaces at the building, including for vans. Please say what you are driving when you enquire.
Can I cook?
Yes. Each of the 3 floors has a shared kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, fridge and coffee machine. No breakfast is served.
Is there a washing machine?
Yes, for a fee. We will tell you the amount on request – we do not publish a figure we cannot document.
Do I get a room to myself?
Most rooms are single rooms. There are also two twin rooms and two three-bed rooms for people travelling together.
Will I get an invoice for my employer?
Yes, with VAT shown separately. Just tell us who the invoice should be made out to.
Do I need a registration form?
Only if you are not a German citizen. In that case it is signed on the day of arrival and you must show your passport or ID card.
